Amazing people but the senior leadership is horrible. It doesn’t have the skills need to grow the business. They claim to care about their employees, but they don’t.

Decent leadership, their run on inbound interest had stopped by the time they hired me and 100 other sales reps. Those that found big deals were paid well. Average rep struggles. High turnover. Very low percent of people hitting target after ramp.

Be prepared for things to change every year, quarter (+more) when it comes to manager, quota, commission, strategy, etc. It's not for everyone.

Less than desired after leadership couldn’t create a strategy beyond just saying the words “Blue Ocean” “Blue Ocean” ..the environment needs real strategic leadership and less ego , this place means well but doesn’t have it
