Good product and base pay but poor sales leadership, processes, and support for sales people. You'll be on your own but if you can make it work there is good upside potential if your way in to the right accounts. Most people are not successful but some are doing very well.

Don’t join BU if you’re in sales. Can’t make money AND culture is anti-sales (except for us reps…we get along great w each other).
