There is growth in this space but the product is experiencing churn issues due to quality issues and strong competition. They are trying to do to many things across privacy, data and security. Need to put more focus on the high growth areas.

Great product vision, but lack of product quality and maturity are reducing upsell opportunities. Terrible. Stay away from this company. The product is clunky, difficult to stand up, engineers don't know how to technically sell, very difficult product to stand up and TTV, no product innovation for past 4 year, no sales playbook gtm motion, paranoid about competition with zero customer first prioritization, very reactionary.
