Hire & Fire place, no actual product fit. Executive team have insufficient on the ground sales experience. Wider team is friendly but not working a good pace when wanting to get things done.

My experience has been positive and the company continues to steadily grow revenues and improve client retention by focusing on product quality and customer success initiatives. Rep OTE is just ok relative to what is required to achieve quota and overperform.

Trying to do too much at once. Toxic culture. Easy to hire, easy to fire. Unfortunately the product is good but the culture is suffering in every department - we’re chasing our tails everyday.

There is growth in this space but the product is experiencing churn issues due to quality issues and strong competition. They are trying to do to many things across privacy, data and security. Need to put more focus on the high growth areas.
