There are absolutely 0 ways for BDRs to grow into a more meaningful role such as sales, account management, sales engineering etc. Please for your own good avoid it. Good base compensation is not worth it unless you want to be a career BDR. If that’s what you want to be, this is a perfect place for it.

Numerous SDRs have left the company despite hitting quota for two years to find better opportunities elsewhere. Culture is terrible, AE alignment lacks accountability, wouldn’t recommend the SDR role at BigPanda to my worst enemy.
