You have to clock in and out like a retail job. BDRs & AE's are paid hourly, with low company morale and extreme micro-managing from leadership, who are still learning how to sell themselves. Good product fit, but a tad expensive for large companies. Constant change in managers. lPO is the company's main priority. I don't recommend it here.

Tough place to work, commercial team have been struggling for a while. Targets are high & lack of trust in AEs to their job.

You get inbound leads on the SMB team, but 60% of them are fake. All good leads go to 5 specific reps. Pay is way below the industry average. Not worth it.
