They over promise you with role expectations and OTE. Most reps do not hit OTE, and between the steps and bottle necks it’s not possible to hit their insane quotas. The training is entry level bdr style training for all sales members including senior.

My overall experience has been positive thus far. Base comp is low but you can make it up in commission if you can close and find your own pipeline. The platform is best in class.
