The culture has really gone downhill. Only 2 people in the COM segment hit quota and they still do not lower quotas. We continue keep a revolving door of AE's when there is a core of solid AE's that could hit the number but not enough opportunities to go around.

A good place to get your foot in the door but you won't be here forever. You'll do it out of college or when you first get into sales until you have enough experience to work for a better company.
