Former Employee1.7Feb 12, 2025the worst ruthless and unstructured corporate I ever work for with incompetent managers
Current Employee3.3May 21, 2025Great people, leadership is really pushing for an IPO or to be bought and it is obvious. Pay is ridiculously low but a great place to grow and learn a lot and make a name for yourself if you have good ideas and willing to work hard. Late stage startup but a lot of growing pains. Processes are not hammered out and restructuring internally way too much.

Former Employee2.4Oct 30, 2023Poor leadership, zero enablement/training, no inbound lead gen, product and sales are completely siloed. Essentially on an island to sink or swim. Product is a nice to have that's overpriced compared to competition with little differentiation other than "better data" which is subjective.

Current Employee3.9Jun 16, 2025Bitsight has been a great place to work. The company continues to invest in the product offerings by acquiring additional companies to give sellers more things to sell. Leadership at this company is fantastic. They invest in their sellers and the career development of them. Biggest knock would be compensation.
