Great experience so far. Reps are really helpful but there needs to be more coming from leadership on providing actionable feedback early, before it gets too late. Often only had deal reviews when a deal was lost, not when it was early/in-progress and feedback could actually help.

The founder is back in leadership and I have confidence in the direction the company is headed in. BlackLine is still a leader in a niche market. If you know how to sell to the office of the CFO, you will be successful.
