This job pays absolutely nothing. You only do well when you overachieve. Territory contingent. Impossible to get decent raises. The same people go to presidents club because they all have the same territories in different markets.

This company has gone down hill fast. New director and leadership changes have created a bad culture. Lot's of turnover and over half of the reps on the sales teams have all left. Quotas were too high last year, and management and leadership have admitted the company doesn't have the right products for Mid-Market or SMB size non profits.
