This company has gone down hill fast. New director and leadership changes have created a bad culture. Lot's of turnover and over half of the reps on the sales teams have all left. Quotas were too high last year, and management and leadership have admitted the company doesn't have the right products for Mid-Market or SMB size non profits.

Special customer-base, solid revenue operations & support and poor sales leadership. Elevating the wrong sales leadership has impacted the development of AEs and satisfaction of customers.
