Blackbaud focuses on sprint training principles. They have a solid foundation of training and support as you ramp. Once you are out of training you start realizing that while the core of what they teach is effective, the internal meetings, the constantly changing processes, the manual quadruple tracking and entering of the exact same information in multiple places, the lack of demo support or solution engineer support, the high price of the product with longer than most implementation times, the very long sales cycle, and the fact that only a handful reps hit accelerators in their quota consistently should concern you.
