There was always a ton of potential for the role and company, but being so low on the pay scale, it was hard for people to stay as the average OTE went up around us, we stayed the same.

Too nuanced in the sales process, too many boxes to check. Got in their own way for success. Lot of turnover. Poor management, lots of micromanagement. Not a place for seasoned sales professionals, best for young people just starting out. Pay is considerably lower than market value.
