Former Employee My overall experience was ok due to work with nonprofits. Fortunate to have had some good managers. From a tech perspective, Blackbaud is a dinosaur with tech debt that will ultimately bury them. Either unwilling or unable to develop new products built on modern technology. The market has noticed and is fleeing their outdated closed ecosystem. Executive Leadership is a huge part of the problem. Vanity jobs at this stage of their career. Milking the company and customers.
