Great place to learn the Sales Role. Have made great connections and learned a lot. Just isn't sustainable in terms of making enough money.

Good place to get a start. Not a ton of talent so easy to hit quota if you are motivated. 40-60 dials a day 7/8 meetings set a month Don’t expect much coaching or much pay Manager very easy going and cool

My overall experience was ok due to work with nonprofits. Fortunate to have had some good managers. From a tech perspective, Blackbaud is a dinosaur with tech debt that will ultimately bury them.
