However while the training is best in class and can be applied anywhere in a future role The starting pay and commission structure is well below the industry average compared to the amount of work you must put in to be successful

Current Employee3.3Nov 4, 2024Blackbaud is a great company to get started with but they pay infamously low compared to other SaaS companies. They want you to be an SDR/BDR and an AE. There is low inbound leads, I generated 85% of my leads and didn't make enough money to spend all of my time on the phones. If you have an offer anywhere else, take it.
