Pretty good culture and product market fit. Leadership, training, and product has gotten better at a slow pace. Unfortunately, not a place to grow as they rarely promote within the company especially in the BDR space. No resources to train for promotions either... :( Have about 30% of their reps on the outbound side hitting quota yet continue to try and grow the team bigger? Inbound heavy org everyone hits quota.

Great company many years ago. The company has lost its way and it's likely due to another round of investors and ELT hires. Bloomerang has a great product market fit for small to medium nonprofits. There's increased pressure to move up market to enterprise organizations but the product is lacking basic functionality for those groups. Sales is under the most pressure...Read More
