Some members of the leadership team are compassionate and care to enable their employees to reach targets. This isn’t the case across the board and the ELT will set unattainable goals for the entire revenue organization.

This place is a mess. Awful coordination between different teams and parts of the organization. Changes are made to product offerings and the sales team doesn't find out until one of our clients complains. Impossible to make money here anymore.
