Former Employee leadership was toxic, leaders would not talk to certain sales people based on the fact that someone else hired them. 50 - 60 year olds threatened by 30 year olds and firing them out of pure jealousy.. CEO tries way to hard to be cool rather than stepping in and solving toxic manangment styles. brutal environment if your serious about building a career for yourself. stay clear. targets set for my role in addition to this as an outbound rep were also nearly impossible to hit. very unrealistic company and they don't know how to manage people and leaders... hopefully better now since I left as I was the company culture but it was extremely hard to navigate the environment. so I quit. I wasnt being paid enough for impact I was leaving on the company as a whole. which was 10 fold.
