Former Employee Leadership acumen varied significantly from a nationally compared to the regionally compared to the locally.
Diversity Equity, & Inclusion wasn’t well rounded for the sales team. DEI for minorities was an after thought.
The disparity in earning for reps was vast. Quotas were often arbitrarily assigned based on the aggregate revenue goal of the company without consideration for market intelligence and historical market performance.
