Current Employee Experience has been good. I have had good opportunities to grow in roles, learn, succeed, and have been provided with great mentorship internally. I do know that some people in other regions do not feel the same, and there have been lay offs within my time frame at company, however I took a new role before layoffs that "spared" me. Layoffs were due to company restructuring; overall performance of company is extremely positive with tremendous growth. Earning great money.
