Great experience and a great company but things have slowed their growth in recent years. Attainment amongst enterprise reps is low yet quotas are high and have increased. New CRO will likely make some highly positive changes but time will tell.

Poor leadership, BDR teams relying on inbounds. No career paths for BDRS, new SMB AE job postings requiring 2 years of closing experience as a way to not fill those positions internally

Braze was a fantastic place to be. I learned more from that leadership suite in the London office than anywhere prior. Just like anywhere, when the economy slowed down - status quo became the option. However, when times are good - Braze sells itself
