The company was very good under the old leadership (SMB specifically) but things change and the economy tanked. Success is determined by what is in your book of business as opposed to prospecting.

There is a "girls club" on the account management side of the company and unless you are one of leadership's 1 or 2 favorite people in any given segment you will be fighting an uphill battle.
