Former Employee3.9Jun 17, 2025Overall a great company if not a little arrogant. The biggest challenge at Braze is, and likely will be for the foreseeable future, the internal politics. Truly can't get out of their own way to get deals done at times. That said, it's hard to harp on much else. They are paving the way and the tech is gold standard.
