The experience was lackluster. Product market fit is solid but leadership was not aligned with sales floor

This is not a sales driven organization. This is an engineering company. AEs are constantly set up for failure due to constant strategy shifts, as well as ever changing comp plans and quotas that have no data to support them. Additionally, Brex lacks basic productivity sales tools which contributes to messy workflows and a huge administrative burden for ICs.
