I joined in July 2025, and it’s been an incredible experience so far. From day one, the support has been great everyone’s always willing to help and It’s the kind of environment where you’re encouraged to grow, ask questions, and succeed together.

I've been more challenged or grown faster than I have during my time at Brex. Most team members are above quota so there is a lot of competition to qualify for club or be top of the leaderboard but I think that competition is what allows people to improve quickly and rapidly get promoted into bigger role.
