Overall great place to work! Not an easy job but product and people are great! Could have way more transparent leadership and better compensation given difficulty of managing multiple funnels at once. Company does quickly promote if you’re really good, however after a few levels there is not tons of upside.

My overall experience at Brex has been good so far. I've been able to be successful in 2024 as have most of my teammates and it is great to see the business growing rapidly heading into 2025.

Extremely positive outlook on Brex and working at Brex. I've been with the company for over four years and my professional development with Brex has surpassed all my peers who have stayed at other companies for as long as I.
