My overall experience at Brex has been good so far. I've been able to be successful in 2024 as have most of my teammates and it is great to see the business growing rapidly heading into 2025.

Amateur hour leadership. CRO thinks he’s the coolest cat in all of tech, and revolutionary! He’s riding the tailwinds of a growing card business. Comp is completely f’ed up, not accurately aligned to the business you bring in.

Highly recommend Brex. It's a fast-growing and changing company so you have to be able to think on your feet and be resourceful, but if you like to be challenged and work with lots of smart people on large deals, then you'll be happy here.
