Could have way more transparent leadership and better compensation given difficulty of managing multiple funnels at once. Company does quickly promote if you’re really good, however after a few levels there is not tons of upside.

That said, I do think we can hold a higher bar for talent (hiring and existing) so we can further accelerator our already strong growth.
