Could have way more transparent leadership and better compensation given difficulty of managing multiple funnels at once. Company does quickly promote if you’re really good, however after a few levels there is not tons of upside.

Current Employee5.0Sep 29, 2025I've had a terrific experience at Brex. The PMF and demand is insane. The culture and leadership are first-class. Very bullish and love it here. That said, I do think we can hold a higher bar for talent (hiring and existing) so we can further accelerator our already strong growth.
