my experience at Brex has been 8/10 as I'm nearing my 1 year mark. I joined the SDR org and it's been solid for me thus far from leadership, although I wasn't always happy with the decisions they make from a GTM standpoint, my relationship with the AEs, and the quota. Upward mobility is there as they have a more clearer path to AE,SDR management, CSM etc.
