Former Employee Hell on earth. A new group comes in every 2 months to replace the ones from the last batch who cant stand the micromanagement/ mistreatment/ verbal abuse/ manipulation/ sweatshop environment/ gaslighting that happens daily. Average rep lasts 2-3 months before quitting when they realise how toxic of a place it is, how unlikely it is to hit quota without getting preferential leads/ treatment, and how even when you hit targets the company does everything in its power to alter the terms and conditions to make sure you never see the commission, if you can even tolerate being there long enough as the payout is every 3 months.
