Culture is high-pressure and numbers-first, but if you can handle that, you’ll learn a lot and make good money. Unusual leadership. Improved slightly but overall negative in that respect.

If you are sick, take vacation, have an off day/week you will be punnished. Not a good place to spend your career but pays well for a short period of time.
