Working at BuildOps has been an incredible journey. The sales org here is by far the best I've ever been a part of. From the dedicated SDRs to the VPs who lead by example, the leadership and teamwork are outstanding. The product itself is best in class and truly makes a difference for our clients. As start-ups enter the stratosphere, so does the required level of effort to hit quota. The teams grow and the territories shrink. Not a bad thing, just the nature of growth.
