As start-ups enter the stratosphere, so does the required level of effort to hit quota. The teams grow and the territories shrink. Not a bad thing, just the nature of growth.

The OTE and attainment here are way outdated. No one is happy here anymore. Only a couple people hitting quota. Territories are extremely unevenly split. Half of us don't have SDR's. We're all paid below market rates. Many people looking to leave... scary future in store

Working at BuildOps has been an incredible journey. The sales org here is by far the best I've ever been a part of.
