A good company with a strong culture. Still has its scrappy start up qualities, a lot of changes going on. They’re improving their training programs but you will still need to outsource your own development to stay ahead of the pack. SMB segment can be difficult but once you’re in mid market things get a little easier with a lower quota and more serious prospects that see the value in software.

As start-ups enter the stratosphere, so does the required level of effort to hit quota. The teams grow and the territories shrink. Not a bad thing, just the nature of growth.
