Good, the product is more of a nice to have so when companies are budgeting for the following year trying to justify the spend can be tough as a seller

New leadership new rules! What was once a solid organization with a strong culture has been ripped to the bare bones to push everyone as far & thin as they can go. Wishing luck to anyone who joins the organization

We've been waiting for some structure and consistency in the product we're selling. With new leadership and constant turnover, it's been difficult but it seems as though the company is moving in the right direction. Not a lot of people hitting quota, but again the hope is that we can start moving the needle in the right direction.
