Current Employee The org has evolved over the years from a run of the mill outdated processes to somewhat keeping up with the times.
Initial Sales trainings do not prepare you for the real world, but you rather learn as you go. First year you will likely be spending learning about the org and processes and year two you will most likely see some interesting returns.
Management needs to be reviewed, just because someone gets promoted to a manger, does not make them a good manager.
