It's been great so far. The culture is pretty good and I enjoy my coworkers very much. As a recent graduate, there are tons of people my age who are very motivated. The best part is that I'm not even at the biggest office at the company.

Very poor base pay compared to other jobs with similar responsibilities. Depending on the segment you are put in you will make little to no money in some commission wise. Other Segments start seeing way bigger numbers just 2-3 months in compared to 2 years in smaller segments.

Overall, I enjoyed working here. The base is very low so if you have a bad month or months it can be challenging. After putting in multiple years of work in your accounts you can make good money but the start is slow.
