Great overall company to start off career in sales. Can sell a multitude of different solutions and learn about industry trends in the market easily. Bad base comp to incentivize a push towards commission and more opportunities.

Great place to start your career. Largest IT VAR in the US. Allows to get a grasp on a wide set of technologies, businesses, and types of customers. Also allows you to learn about different types of sales cycles for hardware, software, and services. Poor base salary, uncapped commissions, good culture. Hybrid work, pushing for more in office
