Overall, great company culture, but pay is by far the largest downfall. Potential to make a lot of money the first couple of years (depending on your book of business and segment); however, once you hit around 3-3.5 years, the comp structure changes. Base decreases, and whether or not you hit your combined goal attainment determines if you get a commission check or not. Base pay is not sustainable at all.

Overall, I enjoyed working here. The base is very low so if you have a bad month or months it can be challenging. After putting in multiple years of work in your accounts you can make good money but the start is slow.
