Former Employee2.6Oct 21, 2025Spend over 10 years at CDW UK, some very good people in the organisation but senior management are very out of touch. Seems like a lot of the growth goals were missed.. The focus seems to be on shareholders, customer and employees come much lower down in the priority list.
