There is a constant disconnect between compensation and organizations goals to please wall street. This causes a ditch to ditch result year after year and high performing individuals to not reach quotas due to the accounts they are assigned

inbound lead flow is pretty good, especially compared to the industry. However, there's a lot of red tape and they love to move the goal posts. They will change your goals and you can never count on the incentive structure staying the same. As soon as you achieve something, they will just make it harder.
