Great place to begin a career and learn about transportation, logistics, and how many enterprise level companies move their products. Very political when it came to upward mobility but if you wait things out you can be there a long time and kind of back into opportunities.

Great product market fit, not a great payment structure definitely below average. Hybrid is also used loosely, 4 days in the office, one day at home. Changed after I was hired.
