Overall the commission structure has made it easier to make six figures. Especially if you have multiple good years in a row as variable compensation is paid for multiple years. However, base still needs to be in line with market salaries.

CH Robinson Carrier reps use to have a good set up to make good money but now with no commission its not worth doing the job.
