Worked at DISCO for 5+ years in an outside sales capacity. Company is struggling after CEO was forced out and lots of tenured reps have left for better opportunities. Platform is trying to disrupt Relativity and other legacy eDiscovery softwares, but the pricing is too high for large projects. I would be very hesitant to take a role as the company is currently in litigation for alleged securities fraud. Could have been great, but spiraling into decline. Stock price is less than 25% of IPO.

Low pay and tough market good people though good training

There’s a lot of turnover. The managers aren’t helpful with prospecting. They change comp in the middle of the month effective immediately.
