AE Quotas have increased significantly in the last quarter, up roughly 33% on average. The Sales Manager variable comp plan is split between team quota $ and AEs that hit quota, which has become virtually unachievable (especially with the coinciding churn from this change).

Call Box is a great place to kick off your sales career. There are obviously higher paying AE roles out there in the software industry, but few with a culture better than here. We constantly have people (myself included) who will leave for a higher paying role and find themselves returning a year or two later because they were happier here. Highly recommend.
