Former Employee Working at Capgemini felt like being trapped in a never-ending loop of bureaucracy and unclear expectations. The management was more focused on reports and buzzwords than on actual team growth or innovation. Communication between departments was poor, and upper management decisions often made things worse rather than better. Work-life balance was preached but rarely practiced, with long hours and little recognition. Promotions seemed more about politics than performance, and pay raises were minimal at best. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left me feeling undervalued and unmotivated. Browse Other Reviews
