Capgemini's capabilities and pricing is aligned to large global companies on the East and West coast in metro areas like New York, Silicon Valley, etc. The middle of the country is slower, cheaper, and prefers to work with smaller, local companies.

Working at Capgemini felt like being trapped in a never-ending loop of bureaucracy and unclear expectations.
