But unfortunately no base salary, commisions are lower comparatively to most dealerships, no incentives besides presidents club and management would micromanage.

Former Employee3.0Aug 7, 2023Great training but you will be shoehorned into a sales team with no support. Expect quotas to rise bi-weekly if not weekly. Constant talk of promotions and movements within the company but it will be 1-2 people per pod per 6ish months which breaks down to around 1% of the pod every 6 months
